En 1992 se inició el proyecto de realización de un retractor de palas intercambiables, que pudiese ser utilizado tanto para el abordaje microquirúrgico de la columna cervical como para el abordaje microquirúrgico de la columna lumbar. Se presentó y publicó en Julio de 19942.
Presento nuestra experiencia en la utilización del retractor circular de columna, las modificaciones realizadas durante su utilización y los resultados obtenidos.
In 1992 it was started the project for the construction of an interchanging blades retractor, that could be used for the microsurgery of both cervical and lumbar spine. It was initially presented on June 1994.
I present my experience with the use of this spine circular retractor, the modifications made during the last years and the results obtained.
