Resumen

Presentamos un caso de rotura espontánea de quiste dermoide intracraneal, con extensión en espacio subaracnoideo y sistema ventricular. La resonancia magnética (RM) mostró hallazgos característicos de esta entidad, permitiendo establecer el diagnóstico de sospecha y determinar con precisión la extensión tumoral.

Summary

We report a case of spontaneous rupture of an intracranial dermoid cyst with spread into the subarachnoid space and ventricular system. Magnetic resonance (MR) imaging showed characteristic findings, allowing to establish the diagnosis and determine with accuracy the extent of the tumor.
