Quiste sinovial
Raquis lumbar
Ganglión
Summary

Clinical presentation of synovial cyst is diverse but most commonly consists of radicular symptons. Differencial diagnosis ineludes various pathologies, the most frequent being intervertebral disc herniation.

The advent of computerized tomographic and magnetic resonance has made possible to establish the preoperative diagnosis.

We are presenting two cases of lumbar spinal extradural cyst localizated at L4–L5 interespace.
