Presentamos un caso de sangrado intraquístico en un meningioma tipo II de Nauta. La imagen TAC de la tumoración era atípica para meningioma por la existencia de nivel hemático y la no captación de contraste. La R.M. ayudó a sugerir el diagnóstico. La combinación de quiste y sangrado tumoral en un meningioma es excepcional.
We present a Nauta type II cystic meningioma with intracystic bleeding. The CT pattern of the tumor was atypical because of the existence of an hematic level and the absence of contrast enhancement. MR was helpful for the diagnosis. The combination of cyst and tumoral bleeding within a meningioma is exceptional.
