Los angiolipomas intracraneales son tumoraciones poco frecuentes, habiéndose descrito pocos casos en la literatura. Presentamos el caso clínico de un presunto angiolipoma del tronco cerebral diagnosticado con resonancia magnética y angioresonancia que fue tratado de manera conservadora.
Intacranial angiolipomata are rare, only a few cases having been previously reported. We present a case of an asymptomatic presumed brain stem angiolipoma diagnosed by MRI and MRA and treated conservatively.
