A meningeal mesenchymal chondrosarcoma, at the lumbar region, in a 15-year-old girl, is presented. This rare neoplasm has to be considered when a meningeal tumour is present in young people.
Se presenta un caso clínico de condrosarcoma meníngeo mesenquimal, en la región lumbar, en una paciente de 15 años de edad. Aunque este tipo de neoplasia es extraordinariamente raro, debe ser tenido en cuenta en el diagnóstico diferencial de los tumores meníngeos, sobre todo en las primeras décadas de la vida.
